How does the beer voucher work?
The digital gift card is provided as a gift code, which will be emailed to you to forward to your chosen recipient. They can then redeem it for subscription beers on the Pinter website. The voucher applies only to subscription beers and is redeemed over their first two subscription orders. For example, a $100 voucher will provide $50 off the initial order and another $50 off the 2nd subscription order for a total discount of $100 on beers.
Can my gift recipient cancel their beer subscription?
Absolutely. Our subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time.
Does the discount apply to shipping and taxes?
No, the voucher only applies to the cost of the beer packs.
Do I have to use the full amount on each of my 2 orders?
No, however, any amount you do not claim on each of the first 2 orders cannot be carried over or applied to future orders. We recommend using the full amount available on each order to get the most out of your voucher.
Does the voucher only work on a subscription?
Yes, the voucher only applies to subscription beers. When taking out a subscription, customers can pause or cancel at any time.
Will the voucher work on an existing or previously cancelled subscription?
No, the voucher is only valid for new subscriptions from new customers and cannot be applied to existing or previously cancelled subscriptions.
How long does my gift recipient have to redeem the voucher?
The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued.
How does the Pinter work?
Simply mix the provided ingredients with tap water in your Pinter, leave to brew, and then refrigerate. We have an app that takes you through every step, making the whole journey a breeze.
Do I need to buy anything else?
Everything you need to make your first beer is included. You can then buy more beer and hard cider packs from our online store - choose from over 8 different styles starting from $2.20 per pint.
How much does it make and how long does it take?
It makes 12pints (1.5gal) of delicious craft beer or hard cider. Depending on the style of beer, the process can take as little as 7 days, and takes only about 10 minutes of your time to prepare.
How long does the beer last?
It lasts for up to 30 days in the refrigerator.
Do I need to plug it in?
No cords or power necessary. After brewing at room temperature, simply put your Pinter in the refrigerator.
What if I don’t like it?
We have a comprehensive returns policy.
What other beers can I make using Pinter?
We offer a variety of different packs, including IPA, Lager, Bitter, Stout, Wheat Beer and Hard Cider styles. We’re always bringing out more styles based on customer feedback.
What's in the Pinter box?
